Troubleshooting TravelMind import issues

How to resolve common import and sync problems between Atriis and TravelMind.

Updated over a week ago

When bookings from Atriis don’t appear or update correctly in TravelMind, follow these steps to identify and resolve the issue:

πŸ” Booking not found in TravelMind after import

  • First, search in TravelMind using the trip number from Atriis.

  • The booking often already exists under a different TM number (especially when re-imported).

πŸ”„ Changes made in Atriis not reflected in TravelMind

  • TravelMind does not yet support automatic updates from Atriis.

  • If booking details were modified in Atriis, these must be handled manually by the team or Amadeus, not via TravelMind.

✈️ Split bookings not syncing

  • When a split is done directly in the airline system, it may not sync back to Atriis.

  • As a result, the booking cannot arrive in TravelMind and must be manually corrected.

⚠️ Duplicate imports (Amadeus + Atriis)

  • If both Amadeus and Atriis send data for the same trip, TravelMind may generate duplicate records.

  • Currently, there is no automatic matching on ticket number.

  • β†’ Escalate such cases to the support team for manual cleanup.

πŸ’° Totals not updating after Atriis sync

  • In some cases, Atriis syncing does not refresh the totals in TravelMind.

  • This occurs for certain modified elements where the sync has no effect.

  • β†’ Mark as unknown / escalate if detected.

βœ… Tip: Always verify the import source (Atriis vs Amadeus) and check if the booking exists under another TM number before escalating.
