You can easily import a hotel booking made in Expedia TAAP into your TM file.
To import an Expedia booking
Create your reservation in Expedia TAAP.
Go to your Reisplanner (Trip Planner) and select the relevant trip.
Click Weergeven als GDS-entry.
Copy the Amadeus code displayed on the screen.
Open TM and click Add Service.
Choose Hotel as the service type.
Paste the Amadeus code you copied from Expedia.
Now you can add passengers and update the travel information (dates, destination, etc.).
Click 💾 Save Data— the service line is now added to your TM file.
💡 Tip: Always double-check passenger names and travel dates after importing the Expedia booking to ensure all details are correctly transferred.
