When you book via a GDS like Amadeus, or booking platforms like Atriis, Rail1, or Airbuddy, you can automatically pull your booking data into TravelMind instead of typing it manually.
Steps
Make sure you are in the file where you want to import the service.
Select the Service-tab.
Select the system you want to import from.
By clicking on the plus-icon you can import this service into the folder you are currently working in.
After import
Add any missing services manually (e.g., insurance, car rental).
Verify that every service line has the correct reference and supplier.
Each imported service = one line in the General tab.
💡 Tip: You can import multiple services (e.g., several PO or PNR numbers) into one dossier by repeating the steps.
