You can save time by importing services directly from Amadeus, Atriis, Expedia Taap, Teldar, Sunny Cars, or other connected supplier platforms instead of typing them manually.
How to import
Open or create a dossier.
In the Services section (top of the General tab), locate the import fields.
Enter:
PNR (Amadeus flight), or
PO number (hotel or package), or
DNR (Rail reference)
Select the correct system from the dropdown.
Click the magnifying glass 🔍.

Result
The system displays matching items.
Click the green arrow (Add to current file) to import.
The service line(s) will appear under Services in your dossier.
💡 Tip: You can import multiple bookings into one file — repeat the process for each reference.
After import
Check the client, travel info, and travelers.
Verify that each imported service line shows the correct:
Supplier
Dates
Destination
Price
Never delete or modify integrated lines — copy them if changes are needed.
⚠️ Warning: Automatic integrations from Amadeus, Air Buddy, or Atriis should not be removed or edited manually. If something is wrong, contact Admin.
