You can save time by importing services directly from Amadeus, Atriis, Rail1 or other connected supplier platforms instead of typing them manually.
How to import
Open or create a dossier.
In the Services section (top of the General tab), locate the import fields.
Enter:
PNR (Amadeus flight), or
PO number (hotel or package), or
DNR (Rail reference)
Select the correct system from the dropdown.
Click the magnifying glass 🔍.
Result
The system displays matching items.
Click the icon with a + (Add to current file) to import.
The service line(s) will appear under Services in your dossier.
💡 Tip: You can import multiple bookings into one file — repeat the process for each reference.
After import
Check the client, travel info, and travelers.
Verify that each imported service line shows the correct:
Supplier
Dates
Destination
Price
Never delete or modify integrated lines — copy them if changes are needed.
⚠️ Warning: Automatic integrations from Amadeus, Air Buddy, or Atriis should not be removed or edited manually. If something is wrong, contact Admin.
