They can be imported into TravelMind for reference and documentation.

How to identify a passive segment
Passive segments are marked with status codes like HK, GK, or BK.
They appear as non-ticketed lines but still show traveler and route details.
How to import
Create or open a file.
Paste the passive segment.
A service will be created with your details.
Select passenger(s) and complete other details.
Why use passive segments
To ensure complete client itineraries
To simplify reporting and traveler overviews
