How the Audit tab works (tracking actions in a file)

Understand how the Audit tab logs every change and who made it.

Updated over a week ago

The Audit tab acts as your file’s “black box.”

It tracks each user action — edits, new services, invoices, cancellations — along with the date and time.

How to open the Audit tab

  1. Open any file.

  2. Click the Audit tab.

  3. You’ll see a list of activity lines.

What information it shows

  • User name – who made the change

  • Date & Time – when it happened

  • Action – what was done (e.g., “Created Travel Agreement,” “Edited Service Hotel”)

💡 Tip: Use the Audit tab to understand how a file evolved or to identify when a mistake occurred.

When to use it

  • To verify when an invoice or Travel Agreement was created

  • To see if Admin already processed a correction

  • To confirm which colleague last edited a service
