Everyone makes small mistakes β a wrong traveler, a missing service, or an incorrect price.

Follow these steps to correct them properly while keeping the audit trail intact.

Step 1 β Identify the issue
Use the Audit tab or your Notes to confirm what went wrong:
wrong client, incorrect service price, or missing data.
Step 2 β Check invoice status
If no invoice has been issued yet β you can freely edit services or travelers.
If an invoice exists β you must issue a credit note before making changes (see Collection 4 Article 5).
Step 3 β Apply the fix
Wrong client: change the main customer (Hoofdboeker) in the General tab.
Incorrect service info: open the service line, edit, and click Save.
Duplicate service: delete using the red cross β if not invoiced.
Missing service: add it manually under βAdd Service.β
Step 4 β Re-create documents if needed
If your fix affects totals or descriptions:
Cancel or credit the old Travel Agreement or invoice.
Re-create a new one with the correct details.
Step 5 β Add an internal note
Always log what you changed and why in the Notes field:
β2025-07-12 β Adjusted hotel price from β¬900 to β¬850 due to TO discount.β
This helps Admin and other users follow the correction.
