Some information in TravelMind becomes read-only once it reaches a specific status.

Common reasons a record can’t be edited

Invoice confirmed

Once an invoice is finalized, TravelMind freezes its data.

Create a credit note, make the change, and issue a new invoice.

Travel Agreement sent for e-sign

Agreements under client review cannot be changed.

Wait until the client declines or cancel it, then recreate.

Service already invoiced

The service is linked to an issued invoice.

Credit the related invoice before editing the service.

File marked Closed

Closed files are locked for consistency.

Ask Admin to reopen the file temporarily.

Imported services

Imported lines are protected from manual edits.

Copy the line, edit the duplicate, and deactivate the original.
