Like any system, TravelMind has a few intentional restrictions to protect data integrity.

Current limitations
You can’t edit or delete confirmed invoices or signed Travel Agreements.
Only Admin can reopen closed files.
You can’t merge two existing files.
Import integrations only pull the latest confirmed version.
Document library is reserved for internal use.
Known behaviors
Automatic imports may take a few minutes to appear.
Credit notes automatically cancel linked Travel Agreements.
If multiple users edit a file simultaneously, the latest save overwrites previous changes.
Files with identical client names may require manual selection when searching.
💡 Tip: If something looks off but no error appears, refresh the page — cached data can cause old information to display temporarily.
