Downloading or resending a document to the client

Learn how to download or resend a Travel Agreement, invoice, or voucher.

TravelMind stores every generated or uploaded document. You can easily resend them to clients or download copies for reference.

To download a document

  1. Open your file.

  2. Go to the Documents tab.

  3. Find the document you want.

  4. Click Download.

  5. The file opens as a PDF for printing or forwarding.


To resend a document to the client

  1. Go to the same Documents tab.

  2. Find the document line (Travel Agreement, invoice, etc.).

  3. Click Send by Email.

  4. Confirm the client’s email address (auto-filled if available).

  5. Click Send.

💡 Tip: Only resend once if waiting for a client’s e-sign; repeated sends may confuse recipients.


When to resend

  • Client didn’t receive or misplaced the document.

  • A corrected or updated version has been created.

  • You want to provide a signed copy for reference.
