TravelMind stores all generated document. You can easily resend them to clients or download copies for reference.
To download a document
Open your file.
Go to the Documents tab.
Find the document you want.
Click Download.
The file opens as a PDF for printing or forwarding.
To resend a document to the client
Go to the same Documents tab.
Find the document line (Travel Agreement, invoice, etc.).
Click Re-Send.
Confirm the client’s email address (auto-filled if available).
Click Send.
💡 Tip: Only resend once if waiting for a client’s e-sign; repeated sends may confuse recipients.
When to resend
Client didn’t receive or misplaced the document.
A corrected or updated version has been created.
You want to provide a signed copy for reference.
