Creating additional agreements for multi-address travelers

Learn how to issue separate Travel Agreements for travelers living at different addresses.

Sometimes travelers in one trip require separate agreements — for example, when each pays individually or lives at a different address.

You can create additional Travel Agreements inside the same file.


Steps

  1. Open the file.

  2. Go to the General tab.

  3. Select the services and travelers for the first client and create the first Travel Agreement.

  4. To create another:

    • Copy the required services (using “Copy services”).

    • Adjust details (traveler name, dates, price, etc.).

  5. Create a new Travel Agreement for the second client. But don’t forget to change the client as well.

💡 Tip: Only copy the relevant package or hotel lines — not the deposit item. Each traveler should have their own agreement and invoice.


After creation

Each client will have:

  • Their own Travel Agreement

  • Their own invoice and payment record

  • Shared service references (for admin traceability)
