The generated documents (invoice, deposit or travel agreement) in your file tab in TravelMind show a status icon. These icons tell you whether the document was sent, is awaiting approval, or has been signed.
Icon meanings
Icon | Meaning | Description |

📨 Envelope with lines | Awaiting approval | Sent to the client; waiting for signature. |
👍 Thumbs up | Approved / signed | Client has signed or confirmed the document. |
Where to find them
Open your file
Go to the Documents tab
Check the left column next to each document name
💡 Tip: Always check the document status before moving forward — only approved agreements should trigger invoicing.
