Grouping services (when and how to use grouping)

Learn when to group multiple services into one for documents or invoicing.

Updated over a week ago

Grouping allows you to merge several services under one heading — useful for clean travel agreements or self-packaged trips.

When to use grouping

Use grouping when:

  • You booked several similar items but only want to show one line on the client’s document.

  • You created a self-packaged trip (e.g., multiple hotels via different brokers).

  • You want to simplify complex bookings for readability.

Examples

  • A client has 3 hotel bookings (Expedia, MisterFly, and direct).
→ You group them under one line “Italy Summer Package.”

  • A group of travelers has 4 separate flight tickets.
→ You group them into “Flights Brussels–Rome for 4 passengers.”

How to group

  1. Make sure all individual services are added first.

  2. In the Services section of the General tab, tick all lines you want to group.

  3. Click Group Services.

  4. Confirm in the pop-up.

  5. The grouped service will now appear as a single combined item.

💡 Tip: Grouping only affects document display — individual services remain visible in the system for Admin and reporting.
