Working with tasks (Tasks tab overview)

Learn how to view and manage all your open tasks across files in one place.

Updated over a week ago

The Tasks tab is your central overview of everything assigned to you in TravelMind.

Instead of opening each file individually, you can track, filter, and update all your tasks from here.

How to open the global Tasks tab

  1. From the top menu, click Tasks.

  2. You’ll see a list of all tasks you’ve created or that are assigned to you across all files.

How to use filters

You can filter by:

  • Creation date – when the task was made

  • Due date – when it should be completed

  • Status – In progress / Completed / Cancelled

  • Importance – Low / Normal / High

💡 Tip: Sort by Due date to quickly see what’s coming up next.

Managing tasks from the global view

  • Click any task to open it directly inside its related file.

  • Update the status or notes if progress has changed.

  • Mark as Completed once done; it will disappear from active lists.

Why use the global Tasks tab

  • See all deadlines in one view

  • Stay organized across multiple client files

  • Ensure nothing gets missed before departure
