Tasks help you stay organized and ensure key follow-ups aren’t missed.
Each file has its own Tasks tab for individual reminders (like “Send travel documents” or “Confirm payment to supplier”).

How to create a task
Open the file where you want to add the task.
Go to the Tasks tab.
Click Add Task.
Fill in:
Task name (e.g., “Request admin payment to supplier”)
Due date (deadline for completion)
Status (In progress, Done, or Cancelled)
Importance (Normal, High, or Low)
Click Save 💾.
Where tasks appear
In the Tasks tab of your file.
On your TravelMind dashboard under “My Assigned Tasks and Ownership.”
Managing tasks
To mark as complete: open the task and change Status → Completed.
To cancel: change Status → Cancelled.
You can sort or filter tasks by due date, importance, or status.
💡 Tip: Use tasks for anything requiring follow-up — document sending, payment tracking, supplier confirmation, or even client thank-you notes.
