Registered payments (credit card, bank transfer)

Understand client payments and keep balances up to date.

Client payments are recorded by admin in the Payments tab of each file.

Whenever your client paid, Admin reconciles the payments. The outstanding balance is automatically updated and shown in your file.

This tab helps you to track which invoices have been paid and which are still open.


How to see registered payments

  1. Open the Payments tab in your file.

  2. Inspect the payment method:

    • CC – Credit Card

    • BNK – Bank Transfer

    • VOU – Voucher or Credit

  3. You can see:

    • Payment date

    • Amount received

    • Short note (optional, e.g. “Deposit invoice 2025/014”)
