Understand your responsibilities when handling client data.

Do

  • Use client data only for bookings and communications.

  • Store documents in TravelMind or SharePoint only.

  • Delete personal data when no longer needed.

Don’t

  • Send client IDs or passports over WhatsApp.

  • Save files on personal USB drives.

  • Use personal email for client communication.

💡 Tip: If a client requests data deletion, forward to Admin for GDPR handling.
