SharePoint uses interactive lists to organize large volumes of data.
Current examples include:

  • Supplier list

  • Knowledge Base entries

  • Fraud blacklist

  • Supplier blacklist

How to use filters

  1. Open a list (e.g., Suppliers).

  2. Click “show more” to see all results.

  3. Use the filter icon to choose what you want to display.
