Each user in TravelMind has an assigned access role setup. This ensures that every Travel Expert, Corporate agent, Admin, or Finance user only sees the modules and actions relevant to their job.
Typical roles
Travel Expert – Create and manage dossiers, agreements, and services
Admin / Back-office – Adjust administrative details, process documents, validate data, and handle exceptions
Finance – Manage invoicing, payments, purchases, and financial reporting
Management – Access dashboards, reporting, and audit history

How permissions work
Permissions are role-based. If something is not visible or clickable for you, it means your role is not authorized for that action. To change your role or request additional access, contact your administrator (see Article 8).
